Lee and Li Plants First Saplings for Tomorrow

To celebrate our 60th anniversary and illuminate the importance of environmental conservation, we have partnered with the Environmental Quality Protection Foundation to promote the Sustainable Forest Protection Initiative.

Putting words into action, we have adopted a 7.5-hectare indigenous reserve near Fushan Tribe in Wulai, New Taipei City, to plant around 300 trees, including species such as the Himalayan ash, Magnolia compressa, Formosan gum, Oliver’s maple, Taiwan cherry, and Taiwan rhododendron. On February 15, 2025, we gathered in Wulai to plant the first saplings. And through a guided tour we had the privilege of experiencing indigenous culture; our eyes were opened to how the local tribespeople contribute to nature conservation.

Meanwhile, the Environmental Quality Protection Foundation is working on an ecologically rich and pristine forest where people can engage with and appreciate nature.

Giving back to society and safeguarding the future is a mission that we at Lee and Li proudly take on. We sincerely hope that our afforestation endeavor will inspire others to act, because combating climate change requires concrete action.
