Taipei July 26, 2025
Lee and Li, Attorneys-at-Law today announced the successful conclusion of its 60th Anniversary Family Day event, held on July 26 at Taipei Heping Basketball Gymnasium (台北和平籃球館). The event brought together employees and their families for a day of fun and connection, reinforcing the firm’s commitment to a positive workplace culture. Our core value of “We Care, We Serve, We Excel” (關懷、服務、卓越) was applied even to Family Day, as we see every employee, including their loved ones, as family, deserving of the highest level of care and service from us.
The event opened with welcome remarks from Senior Partner Dr. C. V. Chen (陳長文), Chief Of Counsel Kwan-Tao Li (李光燾), Chairman C. C. Lee (李家慶), and CEO Joyce Fan (范鮫).
“I’m delighted to see so many colleagues here, with their families,” said Dr. Chen (陳長文). “At Lee and Li, we believe that a positive work environment actually begins at home. This Family Day event exemplifies the value we place on family and our colleagues, whom we see also as family.”
The event was packed with team-building games and engaging activities for all ages, plus musical performances. Food and beverages were also available. The turnout of nearly 1,500 people was record-breaking.
“This is a wonderful opportunity for my daughter to meet some of the best people in the industry that I work with,” said Yung-ching Huang (黃雍晶).
“I was pregnant when I attended the 50th Anniversary Family Day. Ten years later, my two sons are here to see the firm that has been with them since their births,” said Hua-en Tsai (蔡華恩).
Also invited were charitable organizations the San Love Social Welfare Association (中華善愛社福協會), the World Aid Association (世界幫扶協會), and Prader-Willi Syndrome Association Taiwan (中華民國小胖威利病友關懷協會), which set up booths in the gymnasium to raise awareness of their missions and services.
Lee and Li has long championed social responsibility and in particular public interest initiatives. In celebration of our 60th anniversary, we organized a fundraising campaign, raising NT$4 million to purchase and donate much-needed transportation vehicles to St. Joseph Social Welfare Foundation (天主教若瑟社會福利基金會), Cornerstone Association for Children and Youth (中華房角石兒少關懷協會), Renyou Home (仁友愛心家園), and the Pingtung Cerebral Palsy Association (屏東縣腦性麻痺服務協會). These donations reflect our unwavering belief in “Doing Well by Doing Good” (為善者成).
This year’s Family Day marked Lee and Li’s 60th anniversary. We started the day with eager anticipation and ended feeling a deeper connection with one another. Our gratitude goes out to all who attended and the colleagues who worked tirelessly behind the scenes to make the event happen. We look forward to continuing to build a strong and supportive community at Lee and Li!
